HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GRAIN COMBINE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system has hydraulic tank, pump, pressure pipeline, discharge pipeline, and engines of different power capacity. Hydraulic tank is positioned on engine supporting frame. Hydraulic system is equipped with hydraulically controlled overflow valve, first safety valve and mechanically controlled hydraulic distributor positioned under operator's cabin. Hydraulic system has second safety valve adjusted for pressure lower than pressure of first safety valve. Both safety valves are mounted on threshing unit cover. Electromagnetic distributor is built in parallel with pressure pipeline of pump. Electromagnetic valve is built in series with pipeline of overflow valve control line upstream of mechanically controlled distributor. Second safety valve is connected in parallel with overflow valve control line inside it and downstream of electromagnetic valve.
