FIELD: satellite radio navigation. SUBSTANCE: method allows users to establish coordinates of their positions and components of velocity vector when two satellites are present in zone of radio visibility relaying navigation radio signals of ground navigation radio beacon. In this case there is no necessity in subsystems of spacecraft, GLONASS and GPS comprising 24 satellites. It will be sufficient to have subsystems comprising 12 satellites to execute tasks entrusted with GLONASS and GPS. New algorithms of method of navigation measurements and determination of positions and components of velocity vector of satellites employed by users of satellite navigation systems make it feasible to navigate with high precision by navigation radio signals and coordinates of ground navigation radio beacons which is achievable technical result of invention. High precision of navigational determination is achieved thanks to exclusion of error caused by prediction of ephemerides from navigation determination and thanks to referencing of solution of navigation task to origin of arrangement of geocentric rectangular coordinate system ( to center of mass of the Earth ), thanks to reduction of errors on navigation measurements caused by conditions of propagation of navigation signals and instability of generators.
