FIELD: neutralization of toxic components of gases in metallurgy and chemical industry; neutralization of waste gases of automobile transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed gas neutralizing unit includes housing and reactor built in it and bounded by upper and lower grates located in parallel relative to each other. Height of layer of catalyst is equal to 0.25-0.4 of distance between said grates. Housing is additionally provided with adjustable vibrators, adjustable drive and vibration supports. Unit is also provided with vibration fluidized bed of catalyst which is optimal in its structure and height and it does not depend on amount of gases being delivered.
