SUBSTANCE: system has K mass information centers and L shared information centers. Information centers have information transmission, reception, recording, and reproduction stations using different media disposed in multistage and many-tier set of revolving platforms intercoupled for rotating about their axes. Media are installed in each tier on platforms of one radius and these platforms are mounted on revolving platforms of other radius, and so on to infinity. Plurality of information transmitting, receiving, recording, and reproducing stations are installed at points abutting against outer perimeter of revolving platform having radius of largest stage.
