FIELD: organic chemistry, rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel chemical compound, namely, to N-phenyl-2-benzoyl-3-m-phenoxybenzylidenepropylideneamine that can be used as an antiager in vulcanization of rubbers. Chemical compound of the formula (I) is synthesized by the condensation reaction of aldehydes with amines. 2-Benzoyl-3-m-phenoxyphenyl-2-propenal is subjected for interaction with aniline in the presence of toluene as a solvent at 120 C for 2 h. After toluene distillation off the end product is prepared by distillation under vacuum. The compound is a viscous yellow liquid that is soluble in diethyl ether, acetone and benzene.
