FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: fuel composition contains (i), as base, no more than 70% of mixture of reforming gasoline and/or isomerization product with boiling range 40-135 C and reforming gasoline fraction 80-190 C taken at ratio (50- 80):(20-50) and (ii) at least 30% of alkylbenzene. Composition may further contain antioxidant, tetraethyl lead, and colorant. EFFECT: increased antiknock effect and specific combustion heat and lowered content of aromatic hydrocarbons. 2 cl, 4 tbl
