Hard-alloy insert is of two-stage type. One of stages, particularly, working stage, has smooth surface in form of extended spheroid with ratio of semiaxes equaling 1.8-2.2, and the other stage-landing stage, presents truncated cone with taper angle of 0<α≤3 deg.
