GUIDES OF ROLLING SUPPORTS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2212571 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to guides of mine lifting vehicles-cages and skips. Guides of rolling supports are installed on cage or skip frame to contact with metal guide conductors when lowering and lifting along shaft of vertical mine or pit. Guides of rolling supports are made in form of metal journals on free lands of which rectangular seats are made. Replaceable inserts with rolling members in form of balls are installed on rectangular seats for adjustable displacement by means of pressure spring to adjust distance between guides of rolling supports and surfaces of chute-like profile of metal guide conductor. EFFECT: improved reliability of construction, reduced friction of guides against conductors, decreased metal usage at manufacture. 6 dwg
