FIELD: solar power engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to invention parabolocylindrical reflectors are installed in collector under cover penetrable to light rays and over absorbing pipes. Said reflectors form continuous corrugated panel being equipped with liquid lenses in their lower part. Liquid lenses are placed over absorbing pipes coaxially with said pipes. Liquid prismatic reflectors are installed under convexities of panel corrugations. Design of solar heat collector makes it possible to concentrate radiant energy on absorbing pipes, thus providing heating of heat carrier to high temperatures. Filling of liquid prismatic reflectors, lenses and absorbing pipes with heat carrier increases time of its contact with heat received from radiation and accumulating capacity of device. EFFECT: improved efficiency of heating of heat carrier owing to better utilization of solar energy in flat collector and increased duration of contact of heat carrier with radiation. 4 dwg
