FIELD: scramblers for digital television systems. SUBSTANCE: principally novel solution is proposed to facilitate organization of controlling data exchange between multiplexer and access control systems. According to this solution scrambler receives separate already linked transport stream through special input which facilitates control of exchange among all system components by distributing functions among separated scrambling and multiplexing parts of system. In addition no limits usual for composite multiplexer + scrambler devices are imposed on proposed scrambling device. EFFECT: enhanced complexity level of scrambling algorithm. 14 cl, 3 dwg
