FIELD: mineral concentration by flotation, particularly, designs of flotation machines with large-volume compartments; applicable in mining chemical and coal industries. SUBSTANCE: flotation machine includes compartment with gas-lift aerator installed in its center and made of two pipes of different diameters with cone-shaped adapter and having mixer in lower part. Mixer is made of concentrically located cylinders, of which internal one is perforated. Cylinders form air compartment to which air is supplied through air duct. Installed in compartment upper part is circular foam receiver and movable cone-shaped baffle plate. Machine is provided with loading appliance made in form of pipes located out of compartment and provided with branch pipes connected by means of flange to cylindrical end pieces having conical nozzles. Introduced into said end pieces are pipe unions for air supply. Conical nozzles are located in compartment lower part to region of auxiliary aerator. Number of pipes is, at least, two. Machine also includes unloading appliance. EFFECT: higher recovery of valuable components and quality of produced concentrates due to intensified air dispersion and increased pulp aeration. 1 dwg
