SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes shaft with eccentric pin and catch engaging with said pin, both mounted in upper portion of frame; shaping shaft including cylindrical cam radially secured to zone of groove and handle, both mounted in lower portion of frame; flat spring-loaded V-shaped lever secured to frame by means of stepped screw; member for knocking out articles in the form of - shaped plate whose short leg is secured to frame and whose long leg is directed towards annular protrusion of shaping shaft provided with ratchets; cylindrical pusher with cone and spherical surfaces on its ends mounted in cylindrical turning of frame and having motion limiter in the form of spring-loaded ball arranged in cylindrical turning of frame with possibility of engaging with cylindrical surface of pusher.
