FIELD: gold mining from placer deposits by dredging. SUBSTANCE: scooping device has frame with lower and upper bucket drums mounted on shaft, bucket chain made of buckets and chain main drive including electric motor connected by means of reducing gears with shaft of upper bucket drum. Located between reducing gear and shaft of upper bucket drum is differential mechanism, on whose half-axles, pneumatic tiers are installed and conjugated by friction with running metal wheels secured at ends of shaft of upper bucket drum. Pneumatic tiers are installed for regulation of conjugation force with running metal wheels. EFFECT: increased operate reliability of scooping device. 2 dwg
