SUBSTANCE: proposed multistage damping device designed to improve damping structure in acoustic system has cover frame built integral with loudspeaker, rear cover mounted on rear side of cover frame, damping member holding assembly provided on its upper and lower parts, respectively, and also multistage damping section adapted to installation between cover frame built integral with loudspeaker and video information display equipment housing so as to prevent transfer of vibrations set up during system operation to housing.
