SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes electrodialyzer consisting of anode and cathode connected to DC source of anode and cathode chambers separated by cation membrane, catholyte and anolyte tanks, tank-carbonizer, evaporator, condenser, pumps for delivery of catholyte, anolyte and carbonizing solution, cut-off valve and carbon dioxide supply main.
