The movable platform is connected to an electric drive, whose motor is connected to the control system consisting of a transducer. The movable platform is connected to the electric drive through an additional link by means of a tractive resistance transducer, and the control system additionally has an angle-data transmitter, angular velocity optimizer, the first and second Schmitt triggers, clock pulse generator, as well as a logical unit, on switch, data flip-flop and a NOR gate. EFFECT: provided recovery without sensation of pain by the patient, conducting reversal of the drive still in the stage of the rise of negative muscular reaction. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
