FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for use in compressors as self-operating gas-distributing member. According to invention, through channels spaced at preset pitch relative to each other are arranged in housing of straight-flow valve at suction side. Shutoff cavities are made from delivery side in housing, said cavities being also arranged successively, but being displaced relative to through channels by half of preset pitch. Cross-section area of cavities uniformly decreases towards suction side. Ends of shutoff cavities are limited by slot in valve housing. Through channels have longitudinal and end face sections narrowing so that housing surfaces limiting said sections are mated, respectively, at delivery side and in places of intersection of channels with slot of valve housing. Height of longitudinal narrowing sections of through channels should be preferable equal depth of shutoff cavities and surfaces of valve housing forming side walls of shutoff cavities and side walls of longitudinal narrowing sections be arranged in parallel planes. Straight-flow valve mould has movable and fixed members with fitted in holders accommodating insets directed towards each other and furnished with signs. Inserts with signs in each holders are arranged successively relative to each other at preset pitch. Signs of inserts of fixed mould member are displaced relative to mating signs of movable mould member through half of pitch. End face side of holder of fixed mould member is provided with projection, and signs of its inserts are made with cross-section area uniformly decreasing towards mating signs. Mating signs of holder of movable mould members are provided with longitudinal and end face narrowing sections mated through surfaces in their narrow part with surfaces of inserts of fixed mould member holder and with inner surface pf projection of said holder. Side faces of signs with uniformly decreasing cross-section area are arranged in parallel with side faces of narrowing longitudinal sections of mating signs and/or height of signs with uniformly decreasing area of cross section is equal to height of longitudinal narrowing sections of mating signs. Invention provides possibility of use of modern polymeric materials in manufacture of valves. EFFECT: simplified design of valve, improved manufacturability. 3 cl, 15 dwg
