SUBSTANCE: internet screen for local computer networks whose software and hardware are used to prevent unauthorized access and data exchange among different subscribers of computer networks has at least two network interfaces for burst data switching between segments of computer network executed in compliance with burst filtering program. Upon burst processing according to filtering rules internet screen saves unchanged information about physical and logical addresses of sender of each burst contained in their headings. Control program does not assign logic addresses to network interfaces nor does it transfer information about their physical addresses to associated network segments. Internet screen incorporates special control interface for entering changes in filtering rules, all changes in filtering parameters being enabled through control interface only.
