SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with presowing seeds' treatment with preparation based upon aqueous solution including double copolymer of acrylic acid amide and triacryloilhexahydro-1,3,5-triazine (CPAA) at the following ratio of ingredients, weight%: CPAA 0.0005-0.001, water - the rest. Seeds should be treated with slurry disinfection technique, spraying at expenditure norm of preparation to be 10 l/t seeds. The present innovation provides higher quantity of Pseudomonas microorganisms in rhizoplane and rhizosphere of plant roots at growing wheat and rice varieties.
