HYDROPNEUMATIC PERCUSSION DEVICE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction and road-building machines; designed for use in static-dynamic rippers of strong and frozen, grounds, for ground compaction in confined conditions, breakage of asphalt- concrete and concrete pavements of roads, and other jobs. SUBSTANCE: percussion device has body, piston-striker, reset and drain cavities, accumulator, control unit with controlled through window in body and control valve whose end faces confine control cavity communicated with drain cavity, and cavity behind control valve. Percussion device is additionally provided with hydroaccumulator and hydraulic control valve interconnected to each other by pipelines. Hydraulic control valve is two-positioned with its communication through pipelines, check valves and channels in one of positions with drain, reset and behind-control valve cavities, and in other position, with reset cavity. Control valve is installed for return to initial position by means of spring. Diameter of piston-striker in reset cavity exceeds its diameter in drain cavity. EFFECT: reduced power consumption for working strong and frozen grounds, ground compaction in confined conditions, breakage of asphalt-concrete and concrete road pavements, and higher operate reliability of percussion device. 3 dwg
