FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes acoustic stimulation of well and formation effected with presence of pressure gradient between well and formation. Said stimulation is carried out by cycling with beginning of cycle at maximum pressure differential between well and formation during period of well production rate reduction or reduction of well injectivity, and finishing of cycle at attained stabilization of rise of production rate, or injectivity, or ceased pressure differential between well and formation.
