SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes inductor made from dielectric flat plates with current-conducting material applied to them; inductor is placed in cylindrical housing on which winding and high-voltage transformer are mounted. Cylindrical housing is made from metal diamagnetic material. Winding is connected to adjustable pulse current source. EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to avoidance of deposits of finely-dispersed particles on inductor working surfaces. 2 dwg
