FIELD: ventilation, natural draught in public and industrial buildings. SUBSTANCE: deflector has diffuser, shell and device to turn shell around vertical axis under action of wind on impellers. Shell itself comes in the form of bend on which horizontal axis contraction with nozzle on end is placed perpendicularly to axis of diffuser, on side opposite to impellers. EFFECT: decreased aerodynamic resistance of shell, increased ejection effect. 2 dwg
