FIELD: rocket-space engineering equipment. SUBSTANCE: device comprises pressurized air source in the form of compressor-charged receivers, feeding pipeline with filter and regulating fittings, on-board detachable connection means, thin- walled pipeline arranged along rocket vertical axis, cooler for air and liquid pipelines connected with cooler and having locking-and-regulating fittings. Device has vessel with cooling liquid, pump and cooling means, electrical heater and control panels. Cooler for air disposed after electrical heater is made in form of heat-insulated metal body and has gate, safety valve, drainage valve and supports. Feeding pipeline is connected to inlet and outlet ends of coaxial coils. Coaxial coils are formed by two-layer winding of pipes on hollow sealed cylinder alternately with padding. Ratio of cylinder length l to outer diameter Dout is in the range of 1,2<Dout<2,5. Temperature sensor arranged at outlet of cooler for air is electrically connected with temperature sensor disposed after electric heater. Metal body insulation is made of foamed polystyrene panels. Relation between insulation thickness δis and insulation outer diameter Dis is in the range of 0,08<δis/Dis<0,35.. EFFECT: increased reliability, performance and enhanced economy. 2 dwg
