Cream contains the following ratio of components, wt. -%: perfume or vaseline oil, 10.0-15.0; isopropylmyristate, 8.0-12.0; chostacerine DGO, 4.0-6.0; zinc stearate, 2.0-3.0; paraffin, 4.0-6.0; ceresine, 1.0-2.0; anhydrous lanoline, 1.0-2.0; glycerol, 4.0-6.0; allantoin, 0.1-0.3; recombinant [Cu/Zn]-superoxide dismutase, 0.015-0.030; para-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester, 0.15-0.20; para-hydroxybenzoic acid propyl ester, 0.05-0.10; perfume composition, 0.1-0.2; D-pantenol, 0.1-0.2; water, the balance. Invention allows preparing agent for children skin care eliciting simultaneous softening, protective and anti- -inflammatory effect in combination with its soft and gentle consistence and cream is applied on skin easily.
