FIELD: alarm signaling systems. SUBSTANCE: stationary and carried sets of alarm signaling system are installed on immovable proper to objects and on cars. Terminals are carried by people and animals. Retransmission units of microcellular data transmission network take message from alarm signaling sets and coded messages from carried terminals, select messages and retransmit them radio or and/or by wire communication channels. Information acquisition and processing center is provided. Part of alarm signaling sets form additional and send coded massages corresponding to state of objects and changes of their state. Radio direction finding devices are installed in the locality and central control station of radio direction finding network. Each radio direction finding device is connected by radio channels or wires to retransmission units of microcellular network and it receives coded messages corresponding to state of objects and changes of their state from alarm signaling sets.
