FIELD: pulse non-explosive seismic source. SUBSTANCE: portable electromagnetic source has base designed to emit seismic waves, weight, electromechanical converter comprising armature and inductor carrying coil with winding and magnetic circuit anchored on weight and means put on mentioned base to terminate vibrations of weight. Source is provided with framework made of columns and plate intended for releasable connection to each column. Each column has first section implemented as guide for weight movement and second section coming in the form of guide for armature movement. First and second sections are arranged in series on side of column end meant for attachment to mentioned base.
