Sedatyl is sublingually administered at a dose of 7-8 grains 25-30 min before surgical intervention to patients having low or normal level of personal anxiousness after Spilberger and low neuroticism level after Eisenk accompanied by normal arterial blood pressure value and heart beat rate being less than 90 strokes per min. Adrenalin CH6 is sublingually administered at a dose of 9-10 grains 25-30 min before ambulant dental intervention to patients having high level of personal anxiousness after Spilberger and high neuroticism level after Eisenk accompanied by arterial blood pressure of 130/80-140/90 mm of mercury column and heart beat rate being less than 100 strokes per min. EFFECT: reduced risk of adverse side effects.
