FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out plasma sorption with plasma taken in the amount of 300-600 ml in one session. Heparin is introduced in the amount of 10000 EU per 100 ml of plasma. The so produced heparin-treated plasma is frozen at -18 to -22 C to the point the water fraction starts crystallizing. 22-26 h later, the heparin-treated plasma is defrosted at a temperature not exceeding +4 C until water fraction crystals completely vanish. Then, plasma is centrifuged at 1800-2000 rpm during 20-25 min and perfused the supernatant through a hemosorbent being selected as carbon sorbent on peat base having the following porous structure relation. Total pore volume being 1,02±0,02, relation between several types of pores V mi/V me/V ma=0.60/0.24/0.18. Kryoplasmasorption course is 3-5 procedures long with 1-3 days long pauses btw the procedures. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in removing endo- and exotoxins from blood with no adverse side effects. 4 tbl
