FIELD: railway transport; rolling stock. SUBSTANCE: proposed self-unloading car for ore and soil loads contains running gear 1 with lower frame 2 and upper frame 3 mounted on lower frame on which longitudinal sides 6 are hinge mounted. Hinge connection of longitudinal side with upper frame is made in two sections. Other joints are made in form of L-shaped brackets rigidly connected with longitudinal side, vertical wall of which, in car empty position, forms clearance with inner surface, and it unloading position engages with upper surface of bridge of U- shaped clamps installed on side binding of upper frame. Clearance between vertical wall of L-shaped brackets and inner surface of bridge of U-shaped clamps is within the limits of flexible deflection of longitudinal side under expanding loads.
