Hermetically sealed contact is deepened into screen through distance ensuring ratio of magnetic permeability Ghsc between screen walls and hermetically sealed contact leads to magnetic permeability Gnch of normally open pair of hermetically sealed contact limited by inequality at minimal possible clearance between screen walls and hermetically sealed contact leads positioned inside no-former control coil so that plane crossing longitudinal axes of glass envelope and non-deformed parts of tow-way hermetically sealed contact leads is parallel to base, low limit of inequality for hermetically sealed contacts and high limit for those with maximal operating magnetomotive force (MMF) at MMFopmax/MDFopmin ratio being not over 3.
