FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed clamp designed for fastening working part on agricultural implement contains piece of steel sheet divided by bending into two knees 2, 3. One of knees is provided with hole 5 with edge 18 arranged in plane partially engaging with working part. Sheet material contains part along edge 8 stretching to bend 4, and the rest located around hole 5 and projecting from plane of edge 8 of hole mainly square to edge plane in direction of second knee 3. Method of manufacture of clamp comes to cutting out blank from steel sheet and making holes in blank for working part and bolt and bending part of material around hole by thermal deformation, and bending of blank. Agricultural implement contains frame member and hoe tooth secured on implement by means of proposed clamp. EFFECT: provision of improved clamp. 10 cl, 8 dwg
