FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has sensitive element connected to recorder via electric contacts. The sensitive element is thin piezoelectric plate having metal electrodes distributed over its surface. At least one electrode is manufactured as sprayed thin plate and the electrodes are made of heterogeneous electric conducting materials having different heat conductivity coefficient values. Piezoelectric plate has two or more thin layers of heterogeneous piezoelectric materials having different heat conductivity coefficient values and laid one over another. Piezoelectric plate area is selected to be less than electrode areas. Semiconductor plate making contact to electrodes is arranged in space between electrodes containing no piezoelectric plate. Varicap is optionally made in semiconductor plate. Piezoelectric plate is piezoresonator. The recorder has oscillator frequency-setting inputs of which are inputs to recorder and unit for measuring frequency input of which is connected to oscillator output. The sensitive element is arranged in operation so that it is in exhaled airflow far from patient to some degree.
