FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves storing newly frozen plasma in advance in the amount of 50-55% of circulation plasma volume, autoerythrocyte mass in the amount of 15- 20% of circulation plasma volume. Hypervolemic hemodilution is carried out 1 h before surgical intervention by making intravenous dropping of crystalloid solutions at a dose of 12-15 ml/kg in operating room. The crystalloid solutions administration is continued after operation at a dose of 2-3 ml per 1 ml of lost blood. Defrosted autoplasma is administered during the most traumatic stage of surgical intervention. The erythrocyte mass is administered after final surgical hemostasis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and safety of treatment. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
