SUBSTANCE: in proposed pipeline for transportation of gases, mainly at high pressure, and consisting to two concentrically installed pipes with interpipe space divided in length by cross partitions into number of isolated sections furnished with control system, said partitions are installed on inner pipe with interference and are furnished with emergency valves.
