SANITARY SIPHON Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: sanitary equipment for water supply and canalization fittings, water drain from lavatory, sink, toilet, bidet. SUBSTANCE: sanitary siphon includes release with grid and members to attach it. Body of siphon is fitted with attachment members and tap for water drain. Insert which outer side surface carries pipe union is mounted above inlet of release, grooves are cut in inlet and outlet of release where elastic strips are put. Body of release comes in the form of cup which bottom is cut at obtuse angle with axis of inlet of release. Bushing for attachment of release grid is mounted on cup bottom. Body of siphon is displaced relative to axis of inlet of release and is linked to the latter by means of intermediate pipe-lines. One intermediate pipe-line carries unions placed at angle to one another. Unions of insert and intermediate pipe- line are equipped with plugs.
