FIELD: forestry. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for preparation of soil for planting. Proposed plow has hanging and undercutting cutters. Plow is furnished additionally with duckfoot subsurface shovel and conical lifting and reversing mechanism, for instance, made in form of two conical augers or set of conical disks. Augers or disks are installed for turning towards each other. Vertex of cones is located behind duckfoot shovel, and their axes form angle. Soil grousers are mounted on outer surface of cones forming multistart screw lines whose direction does not coincide with direction of rotation f lifting-and- reversing mechanism axles.
