FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes water source, sedimentation tank, pumping station, filter with pressure gauges, irrigation net and drip feeds, group of drip feeds is hydraulically coupled with water through connecting pipes. Group of drip feeds is formed to provide wide range of watering norms at equal rate of rising. Each water outlet is installed along watering pipeline of irrigation net. Water outlet has hydraulic spool valve with control rod to provide its turning around axis of symmetry and displacing along axis. Hydraulic spool valve is fitted in sleeve in housing. Flexible member is arranged in sleeve space between bottom part of housing and end face part of plunger. Free end of control rod is provided with eccentric and lever to turn and displace hydraulic spool valve. Cover of water outlet housing provided with nipple is connected by pipeline with system watering pipeline. Nipples are mounted on water outlet housing in tiers and with angular displacement. Axial channels of nipples are aligned with radially orientated channels of sleeve and spool. Said spool is coupled with intake space of hydraulic spool valve by in-tier radially orientated channels and axial and parallel channels.
