FIELD: agriculture; farm mechanization. SUBSTANCE: proposed milking unit is made in form of teat cups and claw. Teat cups contain teat cup linear and milk tube forming under-teat chamber and interwall chamber. Compressing mechanisms made in form of iris mechanisms and housing are arranged in interwall chamber. Housing is divided by partitions into spaces in form of piston chambers and it also contains space and hole. Space is connected by channels with piston chambers and by channel through control cock and branch pipe and by vacuum hose with pulsator. Space accommodates spool with drive in form of crank which, in its turn, is connected with piston by connecting rod. Piston chambers are provided with channels through which they communicate with interwall chamber of teat cup. Spool contains variable vacuum channel communicating with space and atmospheric pressure channel communicating with atmosphere through hole. Jumpers between channels are made over screw line so that with spool turning in one direction they provide successive communication (from top to bottom) of piston chambers and space, and at turning ion other direction, successive communication (from bottom to top) of piston chambers with atmosphere through hole. Width of jumpers exceeds diameter of channels. Spool turning angle is smaller than angler formed by channel walls. EFFECT: improved milting process. 2 cl, 5 dwg
