SUBSTANCE: apparatus for disintegrating food products, mainly vegetables, includes housing; charging port of hopper provided in housing; arranged in housing disintegrating unit with cutting edge; members for joining disintegrating unit and housing with drive unit; pusher with supporting surface for supplying food products to charging port of hopper. Novelty is chamber provided in supporting surface of pusher for oriented charging of products. Chamber has protruded rods for oriented putting of products on said rods and piston with control button for displacing products out of chamber. Invention allows at disintegrating, for example cabbage to obtain at outlet uniform cross cuts of cabbage leaves of the same width.
