FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft includes main and auxiliary power plants. Auxiliary power plant is used for starting engines of main power plant, supply power for equipment on ground and in flight and delivery of compressed air to aircraft systems. Auxiliary power plant is mounted in tail section of fuselage across its longitudinal axis. Exhaust of auxiliary power plant may be directed lateral side of fuselage and its engine, gas-turbine engine for example may be mounted between fuselage frames.
