FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has spinning rotor, yarn discharge tube with conical channel narrowing toward outlet end and cantilevered conical rod reducing toward outlet end and coaxially arranged in yarn discharge tube. Conical rod end is made in the form of semi-elliptical member of rotation extending along axis of yarn discharge tube, with ratio of semi-elliptical member axes being 1.0:1.0:1.5. Angle between rod conical surface generatrix and yarn discharge tube axis is 5-8 deg and ratio of section radius at rod conical surface and semi-elliptical member junction point and distance from free end of semi-elliptical member to plane extending through maximal diameter of inlet opening of yarn discharge tube is 1:5. Ratio of radii of yarn discharge tube funnel and friction surface of funnel is within the range of 1.2-1.4. Ratio of maximal radius of yarn discharge tube to radius of funnel friction surface is within the range of 0.8-1.0. Ratio of height of yarn discharge tube from funnel to yarn discharge tube eyelet to radius of funnel friction surface is within the range of 3.5-4.0. EFFECT: simplified charging process and improved strength characteristics of yarn due to intensified twisting of yarn in rotor trough. 4 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl
