FIELD: pipe line fittings; automatic ventilation cutoff devices; chemical and atomic industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed cutoff valve has body with inlet and outlet holes and seat located in this body; cutoff valve is also provided with shut-off member and pyro-drive. Seat is made for plastic deformation. Shut-off member is made in form of plunger with spherical end-piece of larger diameter as compared with plunger. Spherical end-piece is engageable with seat which is made in form of bush whose inner diameter is lesser than outer diameter of spherical end-piece of shut-off member. Thickness of bush wall is related with radius of shut-off member at definite ratio: ratio of wall thickness to radius of shut-off member is more than 0.04 and lesser than 0.1.
