Corrugated expandable cone is hung to wire by means of pivotal suspenders. Corrugated cone is made from lightproof polymer film or foil. Retaining ring is positioned for movement inside corrugated cone. Cone top part is oriented toward opening formed in lower part of case. Retaining ring is used for adjusting diameter of zone to be irrigated by drawing apart corrugated cone depending on plant root spreading extent.
