FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid organomineral fertilizers, in particular, to humin fertilizers from natural humate-containing products. Fertilizer comprises 98 wt.-% of liquid humin composite prepared in treatment of wet sapropel with potassium pyrophosphate aqueous solution and containing humic acids, fulvic acids in the amount sufficient for fertilizer, assimilable phosphorus and potassium and 2 wt.-% of carbamide. As liquid humin composite it comprises product of treatment of wet sapropel heated to 80 C with potassium pyrophosphate aqueous solution containing 15.3-33.4 g/l of humic acids and 7.1-15.4 g/l of fulvic acids. Liquid humic composite used for preparing organomineral humic fertilizer contains humic acids, fulvic acids, phosphorus and potassium in the amount sufficient for fertilizer that is prepared after treatment of wet sapropel with potassium pyrophosphate aqueous solution. As humic composite method involves using product of treatment of wet sapropel heated to 80 C with potassium pyrophosphate aqueous solution containing 15.0-33.4 g/l of humic acids and 7.1-15.4 g/l of fulvic acids. Invention provides the enhanced effectiveness of fertilizer effect on agriculture crops due to using liquid humic composite with high content of humus acids.
