TECHNICAL AID TO MODEL LEGAL PROCEDURE IN CRIMINAL LAW ( VARIANTS ) Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: aids meant for usage in criminal law. SUBSTANCE: mannequin comes in the form of shell-overalls or shell-jacket with internal inflated chambers determining shape of body, arms, feet, hollow modeling of head and neck made of elastomer material attached through shirtfront to upper parts of inflated chambers of body of mannequin and hollow high boots with tops displaying increased lateral bending stability and joined to lower parts of feet of shell-overalls. Elastic simulators of hands are attached to lower parts of hands of shell- overalls. Internal inflated chambers determining shape of body and feet are manufactured in the form of two individual isolated sections, left and right. Tops of high boots can be produced from rubber or thin rubber-treated cloth, two stiff inserts are installed to impart tops with stiffness and increased lateral bending resistance to action of mass of the whole of mannequin. Upper parts of tops have holes located at same level from sole to accommodate bar elements of protruding parts attached to lower parts of feet of isolated sections and passing through hole in shell-overalls. Internal inflated chambers, both in shell-overalls and in shell-jacket, determining shape of hands can be made in the form of individual cylindrical-conical balloons which have ring welt edges with holes in zone of their linking to right and left sections of body. Elastic simulators of hands come in the form of elastic artificial limbs or in the form of five-finger rubber gloves with porous filler which are releasably connected through shirtfront to lower ends of cylindrical-conical balloons determining shape of hands. Hollow modeling of head, neck and shirtfront is implemented as single unit of structure by application of non-vulcanized rubber in layers to volume shape of head and neck followed by vulcanization of modeling of head with shape.
