FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method is realized with use of pickups for measuring temperature and moistening degree of plant leaves; unit for processing inlet information in the form of time-pulse converter. The last includes multivibrator with emitter time-setting circuit. Said converter is controlled by means of moistening degree pickup through amplifier and switching unit, by means of temperature pickup with negative temperature coefficient and by means of temperature coefficient corrector providing matching of mode to temperature coefficient of monitored plant disease. Outlet of said converter is connected with inlet of adder whose outlets are connected directly and also through day- and season accumulators with inlet of digital display board. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, lowered costs for maintaining, enlarged range of using device. 1 dwg
