FIELD: measurement technology, determination of relative displacement of various objects, individual sections of deformed bodies included. SUBSTANCE: variable-induction displacement pickup has induction coil and core positioned on relatively moving objects, alternating voltage generator, resistor, two diodes and capacitor. One diode is connected in series with coil forming first arm, the other diode is connected in series with resistor forming second arm. Both arms are connected in parallel to form closed circuit. Diodes in circuit are connected in series aiding. First point of connection of arms is connected to first lead-out of generator and second point of connection of arms is linked to first lead-out of capacitor which second lead-out is coupled to second lead-out of generator. Capacitor leads are output of pickup. Resistor can come in the form of second induction coil identical to first coil. Pickup is fitted with second core installed inside second coil for movement along axis of the later and fixing. Cores can be manufactured comparable by length to proper coils. First core is equipped with tie-rod made of nonmetallic, nonferromagnetic material and anchored on core on side of second coil. Second core has through longitudinal hole for passage of tie-rod. First or both cores can be built up with several ferromagnetic bars arranged in parallel with axes of coils and joined with nonmetallic, nonferromagnetic material. Active resistors can be connected in parallel with induction coils. EFFECT: simplified design and expanded operational potential of pickup, simplified integration of pickup with computer to record and process results in process o measurements. 5 cl, 4 dwg
