FIELD: public services; agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for throwing sand, salt and other loose materials on ice-covered roads and spreading of fertilizers on fields. Proposed device consists of truck (trailer) on frame of which two axles with working and support wheels are mounted, container for sand with gates and slots for working wheels, studs with nuts to regulate depth of penetration of working wheels in container slots. Working wheels are in container slots. Working wheels are provided with studs adjustable in height and number. Device can be operated by manpower, by animal(horse) and as trailer of road vehicle or tractor. EFFECT: simplified design of device, facilitated operation. 2 cl, 1 dwg
