FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping facilities designed for production of oil. According to proposed method, packer and jet pump with channels for admission of working agent and for pumped out formation fluid mounted on tubing string are lowered into well. Jet pump and packer are installed over top of productive stratum and packer releasing is carried out. Working agent is periodically delivered into jet pump nozzle. Delivery of working agent is provided at the following mode: first working agent is sharply delivered into nozzle of jet pump at preset pressure of pumping unit, differential pressure of productive stratum is built in 5-10 sec and said differential pressure is maintained from 2 to 20 min by constantly delivering working agent into jet pump nozzle at preset pressure of pumping unit, then repressing is built abruptly in 2-5 sec in form of water hammer by action of working agent from tubing string onto productive stratum owing to sharply changing over its delivery from tubing string through channel delivering pumped out formation fluid under-packer space. Water hammer is directed towards productive stratum leading to rear-off of particles in porous channels of productive stratum and forming micracks in bottom hole zone at working agent pressure on productive stratum exceeding formation pressure. Then entire working agent is sharply delivered into jet pump nozzle, and bottom hole zone treatment cycle by action of differential pressure and repressing is repeated. Number of "differential pressure - repressing" cycles is determined by degree of restoration of permeability of bottom hole zone revealed by checking production rates of well before and in process of cyclic action onto bottom hole zone. If output of well determined in two last checks has not increased, work is stopped. As a result, reliability and capacity are increased owing to restoration of permeability of bottom hole zone. EFFECT: increased yield of production and intake capacity of injection wells. 4 cl, 1 dwg
